Grunwald new model at the YUGAGRO 2021 exhibition

Today, the largest exhibition of agricultural machinery and vehicles in Russia, YUGAGRO — 2021, begins its work. The event takes place in the Expograd Yug Exhibition and Congress complex Krasnodar.

The premiere of the new Grunwald model – a tipper semitrailer with an aluminum body of 49 cubic meters and a 4–axle chassis - is timed to coincide with the beginning of the event - an offer for all segments of the agricultural business. The new model is designed to turn the perception of productivity in an industry with a high level of competition - agro-industrial transportation. The model combines high load capacity, stable chassis and minimal own weight.

The body of the new model one was created by Belgian specialists of STAS Company and is made of premium quality aluminum. The body is produced on a robotic welding line. The straight tailboard of the body has two opening scenarios – with an upper hitch and a swing gate function with a removable crossbar. Two grain flaps complement the functionality of the rear side. The frame of the semitrailer is made of high-strength steel Strenx S700 MC and is a guarantee of reliable operation in different road conditions and loads. The axial unit consists of 4 SAF axles of reinforced Custom Design with disc brakes - lightweight and technologically advanced axles well known to Russian carriers. The two front axles are equipped with lifting mechanisms. The own weight of the finished semitrailer is 7,260 kg.

The color scheme in the style of blue sky and green fields complements the excellent technical characteristics of the semitrailer. As part of a road train with a biaxial truck, the new model will be able to provide agricultural enterprises with the opportunity to increase the profitability of transportation.
