The center of the new project of Grunwald engineers is a chassis that has long and successfully proven itself in grueling construction transport - IVECO Trakker with the 8x4 wheel formula. Created on its basis, the tipper truck is ready to perform a wide range of tasks.
The Gr.I20-SB-SS superstructure combines precise technical solutions with impeccable materials and components. The useful volume of the tipper body is 20 cubic meters. The certification mark "Hardox In My Body ™ " on the sides confirms that it is made from exceptionally resistant to abrasive wear steel Hardox 450 from Swedish SSAB concern. The thickness of the side walls of the body is 5 mm, the base of the body – 8 mm. According to the technology of execution, the body walls are all-curved parts of complex cross-section. This increases the strength resource of the superstructure and extends its life cycle.
