Over the past years, Grunwald's transport solutions have had a decisive advantage in the Russian construction transport market. Grunwald's philosophy of reliability and quality extends to all production lines-including the newest ones.
A special place among the planned innovations is occupied by the segment of more voluminous aluminum bodies and vehicles based on them. The company launches the production of tipper semitrailers with a body of a box profile, with a volume of 49 cubic meters - Gr.Ti49-AB-SS.
It is one of the lightest types of trailer transport in terms of volume and mass ratio. Grunwald engineers have determined the optimal empty weight of the tipper trailer, which is necessary to ensure reliability and strength. Its own weight is 7 t. At the same time, the cargo can be of any nature – loose inert material, agricultural or fractional for the forest industry, raw materials for the waste processing industry, and even tare on pallets. A sufficient amount of body allows you to confidently tackle difficult tasks such as, for example, the peak load in the period of harvesting.
The rear straight side is combined – with an upper axis of rotation, two grain flaps and a swing gate function, in which the upper crossbar is also a lifting one. The body material is high-quality aluminum and aluminum profile. The rear and front sides of the body are made of sheet aluminum with amplifiers. The thickness of the body base is 8 mm, the thickness of the side profile is 30 mm. The body for this model is produced in Belgium at a partner company of STAS. All welding work on the body is performed by robots.
