I, [Name of Subject] (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject"), hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by Limited Liability Company “Grunwald” (ООО Грюнвальд), located at Kaliningrad Region, Guryevsky district, Pribrezhnoye, Kaliningradskoe highway, Building 1, Room 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

The processing of personal data by the Operator is authorized for the following purposes:

Notifications, requests, and information related to the Operator's activities.

Processing inquiries and applications submitted through the Operator’s website.

Enhancing customer experience, improving service quality, providing additional  opportunities and services, and delivering personalized offers, including direct communication via telephone, email, or other means.

Conducting modeling, profiling, targeting, statistical analysis, and other studies concerning my interaction with the Operator; performing scoring, enrichment, and segmentation to tailor and adapt services and offers, as well as facilitating participation in the Operator’s programs and promotions.

Any other purposes as specified in the Operator’s "Policy Regarding the Processing of Personal Data" available at https://grunwald.ru/policy/.

The processing of personal data may be conducted through automated, non-automated, or combined methods. "Processing" includes any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, such as collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

This consent remains valid throughout the duration of the contractual relationship with the Operator and for a period of five (5) years following the termination of said relationship.
