Half-pipe body

The design of the tipper superstructure was thought out to allow for production of bodies that combine various high-tensile and wear-resistant steels depending on appropriate transport task. The thickness is determined by a specific material and may vary from 5 to 6 mm in wall sides, and from 6 to 8 mm in the base of the body.

Tipper body

Half-Pipe construction: The U-section body is made of wear- and impact-resistant steel. The sides of the body are 4 mm thick; the underbody is 6 mm thick.

High-strength S700MC steel is used in the chassis design. This provides the best combination of weight and strength characteristics.
