The demand in for high capacity containers is growing every year. The increasing cargo turnover urges transport companies to employ the most efficient container vehicles in their long haul fleet. The Gr.C-L3-45 container chassis enables efficient and swift operation with all types of large-capacity containers (40 Ft, 45 Ft, 40 Ft HC and 45 Ft HC).

Design strengths

When creating the Gr.C-L3-45 model, Grunwald engineers set themselves a task to implement the most sought-after and crucial modern trends in its design. This model combines well fleshed-out quick installation/removal design with highly durable chassis to withstand any loads. This advantage is what gives the operator greater opportunities, enabling them to do more work with 40 and 45 Ft HC containers in less time. 

The frame of the semi-trailer is made of high tensile S700 MC steel. Lighter frame increases the payload capacity without compromising strength and reliability. During assembly, the side members are welded on both side. The axle unit is made up of 3 axles (either SAF or JOST brand) with load capacity of 9,000 kg each. The semi-trailer is equipped with lightweight aluminum receivers, an aluminum rear bumper and the latest lighting equipment.

Certification

Grunwald’s semitrailers are certified in accordance with the latest certification rules published by the Federal Technical Regulation and Metrology Agency of the Russian Federation (Rosstandart) and conform to the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

Warranty

The warranty period for the semitrailer structure shall be the lesser of 12 months from the time of initial registration or 24 months from the time of manufacture, as recorded in the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin.
