With the new Gr.TC-S3-20 tank container chassis at your disposal, you are free to choose any route knowing confidently that you will be able to deliver the cargo on time. The cargo may vary from industrial acids and disinfectants to food products.

Designed for fast and secure delivery of liquid cargo, the Gr.TC-S3-20 semitrailer has a lightweight and robust design that ensures smooth operation even in tough driving conditions. The minimum curb weight is 3400 kg and may vary depending on the configuration. In standard configuration, the semi-trailer is fitted with equipment as per ADR protocol and, in addition to tank containers, is capable to operate with SWOP containers and standard 20Ft containers. Any transport task will be well within your range.

Design advantages

The Gr.TC-S3-20 model was based on a new frame - an advanced development of the Grunwald design bureau. The entire frame is made of high tensile Strenx S700 steel, and the configuration of fitting locks in the frame supports two container placement schemes.

The first scheme, in which the container is located closer to the tractor cab, is best suited for the transportation of heavy containers. In this position, the payload of the long-haul vehicle is higher due to its optimal distribution between the tractor and the semitrailer. The second placement scheme has the container situated in the rear overhang of the semitrailer for situations when the container should be unloaded with a forklift.

This layout scheme provides for a wide range of applications and allows operators to standardize their fleet with a single container chassis model.

Additionally, the Gr.TC-S3-20 model is equipped with a new reinforced underride protection guard, which ensures improved passive safety in accordance with the European directive ECE-R58.03. The rear working platform is made of composite metal decking and is designed for forklift operations. The semitrailer is fitted with special equipment – plastic tubes for storing drain hoses, drain tap and a stainless-steel chute.

At the request of the customer, the semitrailer configuration may include additional options:

• SAF IntraDrum Custom design axles with drum brakes;

• BPW AL Heavy Duty Axles with Drum Brakes;

• Rear lift axle;

• Custom color scheme.

The semitrailer structure warranty period is 12 months from the date of initial registration, but no more than 24 months from the date of manufacture as recorded in the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin.

Warranty and service obligations shall be fulfilled by a specialized Grunwald service center in Moscow (Sheremetyevo), as well as a network of authorized service stations.

Certification

Grunwald semi-trailers are certified in accordance with the latest certification regulations of the Federal Technical Regulation and Metrology Agency of the Russian Federation (Rosstandart) and conform to the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
