Description
The Gr.CS40 semitrailer model for intercity transportation, in comparison with standard-length semitrailers, allows for the delivery of a larger volume of cargo in the same unit of time. This is achieved due to the increased length of the chassis and the increased useful volume. The semitrailer's cargo platform can accommodate 40 Euro pallets.

The basis of the Gr.CS40 model is a main frame designed according to modern design principles using advanced materials and their properties. The design is designed for use on roads of different categories and with different quality of road surface.
The basic equipment of the semi-trailer includes reliable means of securing cargo. The floor structure has 24 holes for installing metal cones - a system of fixed cargo distribution. During transportation, the cones are fixed in a special cassette fixed to the frame side member in the amount of 12 to 18 pieces. The standard height of the cones is 1.8 m, it is possible to increase it to 2 m. Recessed loops with a load of 2000 kg each are additionally installed along the perimeter of the floor. The design of the strapping profile includes 94 additional holes for securing cargo..
At the request of the customer, the semitrailer delivery package may be upgraded to include the following additional options:

Certification
Grunwald’s semitrailers are certified in accordance with the latest certification rules published by the Federal Technical Regulation and Metrology Agency of the Russian Federation (Rosstandart) and conform to the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
Warranty
The warranty period for the semitrailer structure shall be the lesser of 12 months from the time of initial registration or 24 months from the time of manufacture, as recorded in the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin.
