Description
An insulated semi-trailer is a versatile transport solution with a rigid van for transporting delicate, valuable or any other sensitive commercial cargo. The strength of the van ensures that your cargo will be safe throughout the entire journey and will arrive at the recipient in good condition..
If your cargo consists mainly of household appliances, interior items, electronics, luxury goods or, on the contrary, industrial tools and paints and varnishes, then the Grunwald isothermal semi-trailer is ideal for solving your transport problems. The semi-trailer is ready to work with a variety of cargo and meet the needs of the most demanding customers.
The new generation of the frame is the main load-bearing element of the structure, providing exceptional strength and reliability of the semi-trailer. The isothermal body consists of solid fiberglass panels manufactured by vacuum infusion. The design of the composite panels is a sandwich structure, where a layer of fiberglass is followed by a layer of insulation made of extruded polystyrene foam and moisture-resistant plywood covered with plastic. Sealed welded floor pan with edges flush with van walls for easy cleaning and hygienic conditions.
At customer's request the semitrailer may be equipped with the following additions:
- Box for spare wheel instead of basket
- Pallet box for 24 EUR-pallets
- Spare wheel box (in place of a spare wheel basket)
Certification
Grunwald semitrailers are certified in accordance with the latest certification regulations of the Federal Technical Regulation and Metrology Agency of the Russian Federation (Rosstandart) and conform to the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
Warranty
The semitrailer structure warranty period is 12 months from the date of initial registration, but no more than 24 months from the date of manufacture as recorded in the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin.
