Description
Gr.RF CV refrigerated semi-trailer with pre-installed Carrier Vector refrigeration unit — for transportation of cargoes that are particularly sensitive to temperature conditions: premium Fresh products, pharmaceuticals, exotic flowers and other food products that are sensitive to temperature conditions.
The exceptionally low heat transfer coefficient and reliable Carrier Vector refrigeration unit, popular among Russian carriers, predetermine the successful and safe delivery of delicate cargo, confirming the high status of its owner. The Gr.RF refrigerated semi-trailer with Carrier refrigeration unit, where every detail works to ensure flawless delivery of cargo, will be appreciated by professionals in the field of commercial logistics.
The design of the semitrailer guarantees optimum profitability for long-haul transportation. The Carrier Vector refrigeration unit, proven in the Russian market, ensures precise temperature control with low fuel consumption and long maintenance intervals.
The semi-trailer body is made of solid fiberglass panels manufactured using the vacuum infusion method – this material is not subject to corrosion and is easy to maintain. The van is made using sandwich panel technology: a layer of fiberglass is followed by a layer of insulation made of extruded polystyrene foam (EPS). This insulation is resistant to moisture, which increases the durability of the semi-trailer. The heat transfer coefficient of the body is only 0.4 W/m² K – one of the best indicators in the segment. Such a low level of heat exchange means optimal temperature stability inside the superstructure even with sharp fluctuations in the external environment.
The hermetically welded floor pan facilitates cleaning and allows for easy compliance with the strict sanitary standards required for the transportation of food and pharmaceutical products.
At customer's request the semitrailer may be equipped with the following additions:
- Two king pin positions
- Pallet box for 24 EUR-pallets
- Spare wheel box (in place of a spare wheel basket)
Certification
Grunwald semitrailers are certified in accordance with the latest certification regulations of the Federal Technical Regulation and Metrology Agency of the Russian Federation (Rosstandart) and conform to the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
Warranty
The semitrailer structure warranty period is 12 months from the date of initial registration, but no more than 24 months from the date of manufacture as recorded in the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin.
