Description
The Gr.RF refrigerated semi-trailer plays a critical role in maintaining optimal temperatures throughout the delivery of temperature-sensitive cargo. It ensures that fresh food like meat, fish, dairy, fruits, and vegetables, as well as pharmaceuticals and flowers, are delivered safely from production to consumers. By minimizing transport costs and risks, the Grunwald refrigerated semi-trailer is designed to handle even the most challenging cargo and demanding clients.
In 2023, the Gr.RF model won the "Semi-Trailer of the Year "reward at the Commercial Vehicles 2023 Grand Prix, hosted by a prestigeous transport magazine Za Rulem and judjged by representatives of leading transport companies.
The semi-trailer chassis embodies the latest frame technology from Grunwald's design bureau, ensuring optimal profitability. The refrigeration unit, sourced from one of three manufacturers, guarantees precise temperature control with low fuel consumption and infrequent maintenance.
The van's panels are made via vacuum infusion, combining layers of fiberglass, extruded polystyrene foam insulation, and plywood sheathing covered in plastic. Its welded floor pan, with edges sealed to the van walls, makes cleaning easy and ensures compliance with hygiene standards.
At customer's request the semitrailer may be equipped with the following additions:
- Two king pin positions
- Pallet box for 24 EUR-pallets
- Spare wheel box (in place of a spare wheel basket)
Certification
Grunwald semitrailers are certified in accordance with the latest certification regulations of the Federal Technical Regulation and Metrology Agency of the Russian Federation (Rosstandart) and conform to the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
Warranty
The semitrailer structure warranty period is 12 months from the date of initial registration, but no more than 24 months from the date of manufacture as recorded in the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin.
Warranty and service obligations shall be fulfilled by a specialized Grunwald service center in Moscow (Sheremetyevo), as well as a network of authorized service stations.
