Description
The Gr.T44-AB semitrailer provides the ability to solve any transport tasks that are available to a road train with a semitrailer with a 3-axle chassis and drum brakes.
The list of tasks to be solved may include work with both light and bulk agricultural cargo, as well as situational transportation of dense bulk cargo, including building materials. It is also possible to deliver indivisible cargo with top loading, big bags, palletized cargo.
Universal application capabilities and practical design distinguish this product from others on the market. It is able to further optimize the processes of transporting various goods within large agricultural holdings and agricultural producers.
The box-shaped dump body with a useful volume of 44 cubic meters is made using high-quality Russian aluminum and aluminum profile. The material successfully resists the negative impact of the environment and retains its best qualities throughout its service life.
The front wall of the body and the rear side are made of sheet aluminum with reinforcements. The thickness of the body base is 8 mm, the thickness of the side profile is 30 mm. The design of the rear side is combined and provides for several opening scenarios: according to the dump truck scheme with an upper hitch and according to the principle of double-leaf swing gates. Each of the two leaves has a grain flap for directional unloading. In the upper part, the body is equipped with three removable crossbars that tighten the sides for additional rigidity.

Certification
Grunwald semitrailers are certified in accordance with the latest certification regulations of the Federal Technical Regulation and Metrology Agency of the Russian Federation (Rosstandart) and conform to the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
Warranty
The semitrailer structure warranty period is 12 months from the date of initial registration, but no more than 24 months from the date of manufacture as recorded in the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin.
