Description
The Gr.T27-SH semi-trailer model has a unique combination of advantages - low tare weight, robust chassis and a capacious body with a volume of 27 m3. This allows you to use the best sides of the semi-trailer when solving various types of transport tasks.
The goal of developing the Grunwald dump truck line of transport is to maintain parity between the current weight and size standards and the interests of entrepreneurs interested in increasing the profitability of the transport business.
This approach lays the foundation for overall progress in the transport industry - the simultaneous development of delivery vehicles and an increase in the culture of transportation, the growth of social responsibility of carriers and a careful attitude to the road network.
The Gr.T27-SH-SI model reflects the key trends in the development of construction transport in Russia. The layout scheme has been optimized taking into account the use of advanced technical solutions, materials and units. All factors directly affecting the distribution of weight loads in the road train were taken into account.
The engineers paid a lot of attention to finding the optimal ratio of weight and strength. The tare weight of the semi-trailer was reduced just enough so that the design retained the degree of reliability that has always been a distinctive feature of the Grunwald brand. The tare weight of the unladen semi-trailer is 7,700 kg. The frame of the semi-trailer, both light and strong, is made using high-strength steel S700
The dump body with a useful volume of 27 m3 is made in a new configuration with an inclined front side and additional bends on the side sides. The design has become more rigid and stable during unloading.

Certification
Grunwald’s semitrailers are certified in accordance with the latest certification rules published by the Federal Technical Regulation and Metrology Agency of the Russian Federation (Rosstandart) and conform to the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
Warranty
The warranty period for the semitrailer structure shall be the lesser of 12 months from the time of initial registration or 24 months from the time of manufacture, as recorded in the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin.
