Design advantages
The box tipper body with a geometric volume of 44 cubic meters is made of high quality aluminum and aluminum profile, which is not subject to negative environmental impact.The rear and front sides of the body are made of aluminum sheet with reinforcements. The thickness of the body base is 8 mm, the thickness of the board profile is 30 mm. The rear wall opening mechanism provides for several operation scenarios: the classic tipper top-hinge scheme and swing gate with two doors, including a removable top bar. Additionally, the rear is fitted with two grain flaps. For enhanced structural integrity, the body includes three removable crossbars that secure the sides
Axle unit and suspension
The axle unit is comprised of 4 reinforced axles with a carrying capacity of 9 000 kg each. The front axle is equipped with a lifting mechanism. The suspension is air-type
Braking and electrical equipment
Disc-type brake mechanisms are both lightweight and compact, delivering high braking efficiency. The semi-trailer is equipped with an ABS/EBS brake system. The lighting equipment includes LED lamps set in durable, impact-resistant polycarbonate housings. An expanded lighting package also features two additional LED work lights
Coat and varnish
The paint coating technological process, as well as the quality of materials used, complies with relevant ISO requirements for severe climatic conditions. In preparation for the painting procedure, all structural elements are thoroughly shot blasted. The paintwork involves the use of modern premium quality paint and varnish materials

Certification
Grunwald semitrailers are certified in accordance with the latest certification regulations of the Federal Technical Regulation and Metrology Agency of the Russian Federation (Rosstandart) and conform to the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
Warranty
The semitrailer structure warranty period is 12 months from the date of initial registration, but no more than 24 months from the date of manufacture as recorded in the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin.
Warranty and service obligations shall be fulfilled by a specialized Grunwald service center in Moscow (Sheremetyevo), as well as a network of authorized service stations.
